    1. Review and document any risks that occur. If new risks appear or issues arise, adjust the plan and team responsibilities to address them promptly.
  4. Communicate Updates & Changes to Stakeholders 

    1. Share progress reports or brief updates so stakeholders know how the project is advancing. Communicating changes early helps ensure ongoing support.
  5. Make Adjustments While Maintaining the Timeline
    1. Shift tasks, extend deadlines, or reassign responsibilities when needed. All adjustments should keep the long-term schedule and project goals in mind.
