Participate in the Game of a Healthier Life from Monday, March 31 to Sunday, April 27 to improve your overall well-being by completing one goal per day for 4 weeks. Each week will have a different theme, with daily goals related to that theme.
Week 1: Physical Activity and Nutrition
Week 2: Stress Management and Time Management
Week 3: Mindfulness, Body Image, and Healthy Relationships
Week 4: Sleep

Intuitive Eating Workshop

Intuitive Eating is an approach that teaches you how to create a healthy relationship with your food, mind, and body. It is based on 10 basic principles that invite you to a world of satisfying eating and a sense of freedom from dieting.The four-week workshop is free for students and will provide education, activities, practice, and support to improve your food and body image awareness.Register for the spring workshop starting Tuesdays, April 1–22 from 7–8:30 p.m.

The Red Watch Band Program focuses on knowledge, skill, and confidence building regarding preventing death from alcohol overdose. Students are taught the knowledge and skills to "make the call," and using role plays, given opportunities to build confidence to intervene on behalf of another. All students who complete the training will receive CPR and alcohol bystander training, and will be better able to link the impact that alcohol has on the body. 3-hour Silent Mindfulness Retreat

Join us for a three hour silent mindfulness retreat from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 13. The day will include practice with meditation, yoga, and mind/body skills for relaxation and wellness. The retreat is open both to novices and people with more experience.
It is a chance to reconnect to yourself at a time of year that is often hectic, and apply skills that can enhance your immune system, concentration, energy, and your ability to enjoy daily life.
