Each department within the Division of Student Life uses the data collected through assessment to create change. Data is used to make evidence-based decisions on improvement of programs and services and reported out to internal and external stakeholders.
Student Life Assessment, Improvement, and Research (AIR) encourages staff within the Division to 'close the assessment loop' by sharing back their assessment findings with stakeholders. Each month, a different department's assessment efforts are communicated through the Our Student Life staff newsletter, during On Common Ground staff town halls, and as the one-pagers outlined below.
