What is your favorite memory from the University of Iowa?
One of my favorite memories from the University of Iowa comes from the summer of 2020. I would often walk to the top of the IMU parking garage and watch the sunset. It's the perfect view! Since starting college, I've spent every summer in Iowa City and it's always such a nice experience.
What would like to see changed in the world during your lifetime?
In my lifetime, I hope climate change is acted upon with the urgency it necessitates, I hope society becomes more equitable for those whose voices are stifled and ignored, I hope quality education becomes more accessible, and I hope people are kinder.
If you could choose one superpower, what would it be?
Omnilingualism so that I could communicate with a wider spectrum of people.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
In ten years I see myself having a substantial repertoire of journalism and fine art photography skills and experiences. I see myself living in many different communities and making a difference in each along the way.
What is a fun fact that no one knows about you?
When I was a kid, I would lie and say I was allergic to bread crust. I just hated it!
