It’s hard to believe, but it’s time to start thinking about housing for next year. In Iowa City, Coralville, and North Liberty, lease renewals begin as early as October. If your student plans to live off-campus, now is a great time to start your search.

- Access guidance on leases, safety, and renter rights
- View regularly updated listings from local landlords and property managers
- Collaboratively managed by Undergraduate Student Government, the Office of the Vice President for Student Life, and Student Legal Services.
