This class is a continuation of the Intro to Olympic Lifting or Olympic Lifting Basics Class. In this four-week session, participants will continue to refine their Weightlifting skills and work on technique. Each class will include proper warm-up, form, technique, and cool down for the clean and jerk, and snatch. This workout also includes mobility drills, accessory exercises, plyometric drills, and progression lifts taught in detail. More emphasis will be placed on one-on-one coaching, as well as use of video to improve technique and form. The class is taught by a Certified USA Weightlifting Coach.
