Fitness Testing

Fitness assessments help identify your current fitness levels and serve as a baseline, or starting point of your body's fitness. You can use this fitness assessment to determine what areas of fitness you are doing well in and what areas that could use improvement.

Stop by the front entrance of the CRWC on Monday, March 9th anytime from 4-6pm for a free fitness assessment! Tests include resting heart rate, blood pressure, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility.
